The residents were all donated a poetry book ‘Moments’ published by Sukham Publishers.

‘This book has been put together by a few of us who met during one of the most challenging periods – COVID-19… ‘Moments’ is a collection of written works created by people from different ages and backgrounds… Our intention is that they help you live in the present moment and bring you joy’

It was a lovely relaxing activity. The residents took it in turns to read. They loved all the poems and thought that they were very inspirational.

Barbara Rhodes also read out a piece of writing by her son which was very reflective.
