Chair Exercises: Put a Spring in Your Step!

On Friday we did Chair Exercises inspired by the theme Spring. We did gentle stretches throughout the body. We started at the head and moved down to the feet. We also devised our own routines to the following ┬áSpring songs: ‘Chick, Chick, Chicken’, ‘April Showers’, ‘Run, Rabbit, Run’, ‘Just Walkin’ in the Rain’.

On Wednesday we had a Coffee Morning at Cedar House to celebrate the New Year and to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.
